Shipping

All orders will be shipped out on Fridays(unless otherwise notified). Every order is shipped first class via the United States Postal Service. All US orders have tracking numbers so you know where your order is at all times! If you need your order to go out before Friday, please contact us via Customer Service to put a rush on it for an extra fee!  Please note some products are made to order and may not be available for rush!

Each item is carefully wrapped to insure the product's safe arrival to your loving arms!

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and/or credits may be available depending on the circumstances. All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your product.

There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders!
