Monday's Are A Piece of Cake!

Monday's don't have to suck! Actually, Monday's can even be incredibly exciting and desired with the right attitude! I'll be the first one to admit.....I LOVE MONDAY'S!
It's early Monday morning, so I bet if you haven't had you're coffee yet you want to punch me in the face. Happy cheerful morning people can be sooooo annoying! Right?! Haha!
Truth is, Monday sets the tone of our week, so I want to share with you some of my secrets for having a kick ass Monday which starts the tone for a successful and kick ass week!
1. Wake up an hour our two BEFORE you planned on waking up. - Now I bet you really want to punch me in my face. Why on earth would anyone want to do that?
I find when I wake up earlier than I'm supposed to it gives more time to plan my day and I'm not rushing around like a crazy person!
2. Journal - I like to journal in the mornings. It's kind of like my meditation time. I reflect on all the good things I want to happen that day or in my life. I write down the things that I'm grateful for, and my hopes and dreams. This is a sure fire way to create some good vibes as your setting good intention into your day and life.
3. Eat & Tea Time - I always always eat breakfast! Mom always taught us that breakfast was the most important meal of the day! She was not wrong. We need all the fuel we can get to conquer our day be the successful humans we were meant to be. Never fail to take care of your body and give it what it needs.

Tea is one of my favorite things to drink. I see it as my care time. I always feel so fancy when I drink tea, and it's a very calming and relaxing practice for myself. If you're not tea person no biggy! It's just a little extra treat I like to do for myself. The more we treat ourselves with the things we love the more we're practicing self love and appreciation. Therefore, creating good energy!
4. Dance It Out! - I try to go to a dance class at least 3 times a week, and almost always on Mondays! I take an early morning class at my local YMCA! This can really be any type of excercise. I choose dance cuz it's hella fun and doesn't make me feel like I'm working out!!! All those positive endorphins released will kickstart your Monday and give you the energy and positivity you need to be the super woman or man you are for the entire day and week to come!!!
