Happy, Fun & Free!

Happy, Fun & Free! That's me. Or at least that's what I strive for. I recently realized that I spend a lot of time and energy feeling stressed, worried, and frustrated. Each of those feelings are daunting and draining, and until I could rid myself of those feelings I wouldn't be living my full potential.
I'd lose sleep, my brain would run, and I'd consistently rob myself of any joy and greatness. Even when good things happened I began to notice that I would twist the exciting news into something negative.
On the outside I was celebrating, but on the inside I was thinking of why things could go wrong and telling myself I didn't deserve these awesome things that were happening to me.
That is such a horrible way to live. I want my insides to match up with my outsides. Live and feel what you promote!!! Be that woman that you present to world. So that's my goal, and my new daily mantra,"Happy, Fun, & Free!"
I had to search deep within and look into my past to find those feelings of happiness, fun and freedom! That's the only
way my quest for ,"Happy, Fun, & Free" would work. I had to remember the time and place of those feelings so my body and mind could get back to that vibration and rhythm.
Back before I was so ambitious, back before I had a stack of bills, back before I cared anything about my future. Back when I was Happy, Fun, & Free!
Luckily, I found that place. For me, it was my first few years of living in Los Angeles. I was attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, my mom was still paying my bills, and I had finally met a group of people that I could be my true self with. It was a time of new adventure, discovery, hilarity, creativity, and freedom. It was one of the greatest times of my life.
Now, I'm not all saying I want to go back to that. I love my life, and all of the adventures, trials and tribulations that got me to where I am today. What I'm saying is from this day forward, I am putting that same energy of funness (not a word) and newness into everything I do.
I still have bills, but I'm not going to stress about them. Everything always works out.
I'm still ambitious and want to be successful in ways I cannot even imagine, but I'm not going to worry about it. Everything always works out.
I'm still going to think about my future, but I'm going to allow myself to feel excited for the possibilities of it instead of feeling fear and uncertainty. Everything always works out.
Today, forward I'm going to be continuously reminding myself to be, "Happy, Fun, & Free!" because I deserve it and that's really all I want in life.
