I have been soooo busy! I have hardly kept up with my blog! I'm the worst! I'm going try my best to be better!
A few months ago, I was gifted the amazing opportunity to have 3 months worth of free ad space in the Los Angeles based publication, Volition Magazine! What a dream!
I decided this would be a great and fun challenge to work with deadlines again, and also give me the chance to network and meet some new talent in the Nashville Fashion & Art Scene.
I began to put my feelers out in one of the Nashville Fashion Networks on Facebook. I was met with a lot of excitement, and a lot of hate! It was weird. Coming from the industry in Los Angeles I had never experienced so much distrust and bullying over an amazing opportunity! Anyhow, whatevs....I moved past it and found some really insane talent to collaborate with!
For the second ad shoot I had this amazing idea for floating pink clouds! So I went with it, and it turned out absolutely magical! After I put together a rock star team of some of Nashville's brightest and most talented, I decided to offer the set to the art and fashion community to use for shoots! I figured it'd be a nice and fun way to give back to the community, which I adore so much!
I was super thrilled and impressed with all of the art that came out of these shoots! Everyone brought something so unique and fun. I even had artist, Tia May, bring a television film crew to capture her doing her insanely skilled body painting! Like whoa! So fucking cool!

This was the photo we chose to create an ad around for Volition! I love the way this turned out! My models were absolutely stunning and perfect! Mad thanks to my rock star team: Sharyn Ashley Bachleda (photographer), Netra Thompson (Makeup), Brittany Goodrich (Hair & creative input), Parrish Rashad (model), Ashh K (model), & last but not least, my amazing intern/assistant, Maiya Gines! Can we talk about how amazing my intern Maiya is for a moment? She brought it like you wouldn't believe! She was grinding just as hard as I was to insure that this shoot came together as if it were her project! Right there with me every step of the way. Coming in early & staying late! Big props Maiya! Big fucking props! You're going far!
Let's talk about this beauty Ashh for a moment! I was in search of a face that you didn't see a lot within the Nashville Fashion Community. I noticed a lot of the photographers work with the same girls over and over again. They're all beautiful, of course, but I wanted to give someone else a chance. I decided to take my model search to Instagram. I typed in #NashvilleModel, and low and behold I began to see fresh faces! I fell in love with Ashh right away! She had such a soft yet bold beauty! I reached out to her, and thankfully she was all for it! She was amazing to work with! She was sweet and soooooo good! You can follow Ashh on Instagram: @photo_ash_kush

Next, we have model, Parrish Rashad. Yes, he's adorable and incredibly talented, but that's not why I decided to work with him. I was friends with him on Facebook, and he was always so positive, kind, and cheerful. That made him a thousand times
more appealing than just having a pretty face! He proved my decision right. He was so fun to be around, professional and his energy was infectious and beautiful. This one has so much going on! He's incredibly ambitious! He not only models and dances, he also produces events! Now that's talent! Follow Parrish on IG: @parrishrashad_

Below we have Nashville photographer, Sharyn Ashley Bachleda, doing her thing! She is incredibly focused, and is serious about her craft!
Below (left) we have my super star intern, Maiya Gines, making last minute adjustments on the pink cloud suit she sewed up for me, because I HATE sewing and I try to avoid it at all costs! Thank God for Maiya!!!
Below (right) we have the incredibly spirited and amazingly talented Netra Thompson working her make up art skills on Miss Ashh! I was sooooo impressed with Netra's awesome positive energy and her skills! I basically need her to do my makeup EVERY DAY!!!

Nashville Model & Editor, Patricia Faulker, brought all of the cool vibes with this super electric piece of artwork! Patricia collabed with artist & photographer, Cassandra Harner to create this super rad pop art photo series! I fucking love it! Great job ladies! Way to bring your own thang to someone else's own thang!

Next (pictured below), we have the super adorable, zany, and talented Nashville photographer, Shelby Waltz! Shelby's work and vision was right up my alley. Incredibly whimsical and fun! Check out her Pink Cloud Dreams below!!
Nashville model, Jessica Theiss (Below), brought all the punky edge and beauty with her photo! I love the contrast she brought to the playful and soft set! I loved her outfit so much that I asked her to wear my Timmery.com "Hot Babe" Stilettos! She looks absolutely stunning and bad ass!
Shelby came back with another Nashville Model, Heather Noel Dubreuil (below)! This model brought the softer and sweeter side channeling a Harajuku girl possibly?! Regardless of what she was channeling....I dig it! Absolutely beautiful!
Artist, Tia May, brought her A Game, and a television show as she transformed model, Sydney Myers, into pink clouds her self! I was dually impressed by Tia's work & Sydney's ability to sit still for that long! Holy shit, did it turn out amazing! So mind blowing!
The brilliance is mind boggling! Kudos Tia May! I'm a fan!
The incredibly talented husband and wife team, Kallisto & Christopher Lowery, brought the sexy and whole new level of talent with their pin up girl style shoot! I'm talking hot!!!
Kallisto and Chris' shoot had to be one of my absolute favorites!

Next, we have one of my favorite Nashville photographers, Michaela Shackelford, featuring model, Mariah! Miss Shackelford styled and shot this image. Her great sense of style and unique eye created such a fun and interesting shot!
I feel as though I am in a dream like state in a world of fashionable cartoon characters when I look at this photo. Very inventive and fun!!!
Lastly, my bestie Nicole and my mom came to visit (separately)! They wanted in on the fun too! I loved capturing these free spirited and beautiful women! Everyone needs an opportunity to play in the clouds....especially if they're pink!
